Not only are these legitimate work at home jobs for moms or others wishing to make a decent side – or potentially a full income, but these are my top work at home jobs for anyone wanting to experience some kind of financial relief.

I have rated these job sites based on the following criteria:

  • Satisfactory: How Satisfying is the task at hand?

  • Easy of application: Is it easy to apply, how long is the wait, is there an interview, etc.?

  • Experience needed/Qualifications: Do you need any prior experience or qualifications in order to apply?

  • Hires worldwide: Are there restrictions on where you live in order to apply?

  • Training: How much training and support is available to you?

  • Pay: How much will you be paid or is there potential to make more down the road?

NexRep Rating

NexRep is a call center agency, but they offer diverse positions including: Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, and Customer Service Jobs.

You have the opportunity to use your talents to meet the specific needs of a client and this could potentially be a satisfying job if you were paired with a company you enjoy!

The application process is straightforward and simple, but you will need to pass a background check done at your own expense. There is some special equipment needed and you will need updated computer software/programs.

Only U.S Residents can apply, but the pay is decent with NexRep and you can make between $15-$25 per hour. You can read my full company review HERE and see if you have what it takes to apply TODAY!

If you love to research, write and can follow directions, BlogMutt might be a good option for you! Their company outsources writers for blogs and other websites.

You will be able to choose what articles you want to write about and if you establish a good relationship with specific companies, then you can increase your opportunities!

The pay is $8 per article – most being at least 250 words. If you can get fast at producing quality content, then your pay will be higher per hour. There is always a need for writers and articles, so there will always be work to be done. You also get paid weekly – which is nice.

You DO have to reside in the U.S. and have a valid PayPal account to get started. Read my Full Review HERE and Apply Today!

#3. TranscribeMe

TranscribeMe hires entry-level transcriptionist from all over the world! The application process is easy – if you study their guidelines before taking the company exam which consists of 10 multiple choice questions and 3 audio clips to transcribe.

This is a great job – especially if you want to enter the transcription world. The tasks may be tedious, but once you have some experience you can also apply to other transcription companies that require more experience to be hired.

#2. VipKid

If you want a rewarding job and you love working with kids – VipKid might be a good fit for you. They hire people to teach English via an online portal to kids in Asia.

You do have to have a bachelor’s degree to be considered, but not necessarily a teaching degree.

They provide you with the training and curriculum needed and the pay is between $14-$18 per hour, with raises if you extend your contract a second time. First time commitment to the company is 6 months.

They hire worldwide, but you must SPEAK ENGLISH (since you will be teaching kids to speak English). See my review of the company HERE to find out how you can apply today!

#1. Wealthy Affiliate

Wealthy Affiliate

Wealthy Affiliate is not necessarily a company that ‘hires’ you. It’s a training program that teaches you how to make money through the means of setting up a website and blog. In fact, this blog is a product of Wealthy Affiliate’s training program. (So yes, I might be a little biased!)

The training can take time, but the end result is very rewarding – creating something from nothing! (Just like this website!)

They will TEACH you how to make money online – some people are making more than $300 per day!

This business takes time to set up and learn, so you must be patient. But the support you receive is amazing and you will have access to a community of people who are at multiple points in their own online business journey – from others just starting out to those who have been in business over 10 years!

It’s FREE to get started and you have access to the first 10 video lessons. To have full access you need to become a monthly member, but the payoff is worth it if you can stick with it. (In fact, I used BlogMutt to fund my Wealthy Affiliate Membership before my website began making money.)

You can utilize Wealthy Affiliate and its knowledge in conjunction with other opportunities to enhance your experience and your overall income potential!

You can read my full review of Wealthy Affiliate HERE or if you want to sign up for a free membership and start watching the training videos click HERE!

I will also send you a free guide on what to expect during your first week at Wealthy Affiliate!

Remember, if you’re looking to make an income from home, there are A LOT of opportunities out there. Yes, it is possible! But please research and review each company before applying. There are also A LOT of scam companies out there too!

Being educated is key to keeping yourself safe from an internet scam. In fact, if you want to see all my scam reviews, you can click HERE.

And remember, working from home is still WORK. It takes effort and just because you don’t have an ‘office’ to drive to every day doesn’t mean you can sit around, watch TV and expect to make a lot of money. It’s still a JOB.

These are a good selection of Work from home jobs. It is great you have listed how well they perform and how to pay you etc. Residing in Australia, I find some of the good ones are not available to us, which is a bummer really as I read through, like what I see, then realise it isn’t available in my country!

I’ve recently started my adventure with Wealthy Affiliate. The training is a long process – and it demands some funds. But I have to admit it is extremely exciting to start a website from the scratch! Making money online is a completely new thing for me. And the training WA provides is very, very detailed.
I’ve never heard of any of these sites. The BLOGMUTT website – you have my interest!
I am not a native English.
English language is not a problem for me – but when it comes to proper business posts I don’t know if my skills are enough. You wrote that you used the money you gained by writing articles for this website to cover (some) WA costs. It makes sense. Good idea! But they can reject your article, yes? So you can waste the time to write the article but it doesn’t mean you actually get paid, right?
EDIT: I just read that you need to be US resident – so it’s not gonna work for me anyway

I’m so glad you’re giving Wealthy Affiliate a try! I know it can seem like a slow start at first, but you’ll get there. By the time I was 5 months in I was on track to make $100 that month! That seems like a small amount compared to how much work goes into a website, but I can only hope to scale from here!

You’re assumption of Blogmutt is correct. You write an article and you have to wait and have it approved. They have a feature of what they call the “Urgent 7” – which means those 7 clients need articles ASAP. I’ve found that if you write for them you are more likely to have your article chosen. (even if it’s not 100% your best work)

Sorry to hear that you live outside the US and can’t take advantage of that though. 🙁

But you can look at all my Work At Home Company Reviews list HERE. Some hire world wide!

Good luck with WA and your journey to make money from home!
